Raspberry and apple frappe

Serving size: Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 125g fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar mixture
  • 10 ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Place raspberries, apple juice, sugar and ice cubes in a blender, blend to combine. Pour into glasses. Serve.
